If the issue turns out to be a little more complicated, such as a technical fault, we can book the device into our Service Department for our Technicians to assess and repair.

Please note that we do not repair Apple Watches. Instead, they are completely replaced with a like-for-like model by Apple. This approach ensures that your watch retains its water and dust resistance rating.
- If your battery is failing or not lasting as long as expected, you will receive a new Apple Watch at the “Battery Only” price.
- For front and/or back glass damage, the “Glass Damage” price applies to your new watch.
